Welcome to the International Experts Register (IE Register), operated by AGCD in collaboration with Youview Company Ltd. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to IE Register and Youview Company Ltd. IE Register offers professional certification services, academic recognitions, expert listings, and tools designed to support the global community of certified professionals (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined herein, please refrain from using our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain Services, you may be required to register and create a personal or professional account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account.
SECTION 2 - CERTIFICATIONS & RECOGNITIONS
IE Register offers access to certificates, professional titles, and expert listings under the academic governance of AGCD and administrative support of Youview Company Ltd. All awards and recognitions are subject to eligibility review and documentation requirements. We reserve the right to revoke or deny any certification if false information is discovered.
SECTION 3 - APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS
When applying for certification, registration, or recognition, your application does not guarantee acceptance. Fees must be paid in full before services are delivered. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment information. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all charges will be honored.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY OF SERVICES
Digital credentials are typically issued within 3–7 business days after approval. Physical documents, if included, may be shipped internationally. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, third-party logistics, or incorrect addresses.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, trademarks, digital certificates, and published content are the property of IE Register, AGCD, and/or Youview Company Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - USE OF SERVICES
By using the Services, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Engage in any unlawful activity
- Use our credentials in a fraudulent or deceptive manner
- Access or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & SERVICES
We may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., payment processors, delivery services, document verification platforms). We are not liable for any issues or disputes arising from these external services.
SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
SECTION 10 - TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse or misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
