At the International Experts Register, we offer digital certifications, badges, and expert recognition services. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before completing your purchase.
🔄 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — provided that the certificate or digital materials have not yet been issued or emailed. After this window, we cannot cancel the order as processing begins immediately to prepare and deliver your customized digital product.
📩 How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please email us at cart@youview.uk with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
We will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund if it meets our cancellation window policy.
⚠️ Non-Cancellable Purchases
Orders that have already resulted in delivery of any of the following cannot be cancelled:
- Digital certificates (PDF or e-card)
- Official badge or credential issuance
- Profile listing on the IE Register
💳 Refund Processing
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or card provider.
