At the International Experts Register (IE Register), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital credentials and expert recognition services. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Digital Product Policy

Since all our products are digital (certificates, badges, and ID cards issued electronically), we do not offer returns for downloadable or issued items once delivered or sent by email. However, if you encounter any issue, we are committed to resolving it promptly.

🛠️ Corrections & Revisions

If there is an error on your certificate or digital materials (such as name misspelling, incorrect date, or award level), you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a free revision. Please provide proof of the error and your order details.

💬 How to Request a Correction or Refund

Please send your request to cart@youview.uk with the following:

  • Your full name
  • A clear explanation of the issue

Once we review your case, we will inform you whether a correction or partial/full refund is approved.

💸 Refund Conditions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • The digital certificate was never delivered and you have not received support within 10 business days.
  • A serious error occurred from our side that renders the certificate invalid.

Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Digital Rights

In accordance with EU laws, you have the right to cancel digital services within 14 days of purchase. However, this right is waived if the digital product is delivered or accessed immediately. By purchasing with us, you agree that immediate delivery forfeits this cooling-off period.
